Experience
I have been an Elementary School Teacher for the past 7 years. During which time I have also pursued my Masters Degree in Accounting. I am especially knowledgeable in Common Core Standards for the upper Elementary grade levels. I have tutored students for about the past ten years, to help with any and all subjects. Most commonly, I tutor for math, as it is very difficult for most students. With having a love for math and a degree in Accounting, I thoroughly enjoy math and showing others how easy it actually can be to learn. I have been to the Singapore Math Convention several times and have enjoyed learning a very different way to teach math, which helps many more of my students to learn and understand math concepts.

Hobbies
I am a mother of two and work full time as an Elementary School teacher. I spend all of my free time with my children and enjoy taking them to fairs and festivals. I am also a Girl Scout Troop Leader for my daughters Girl Scout Troop. As my son gets older and into Boy Scouts, I would love to also be his leader.
